Anne’s love of color, texture and the beauty of glass is evident in her current series, “Glasscapes.” In it, Anne creates a diverse array of contemporary abstract cityscapes/landscapes painted on glass with multiple layers of enamels which are fired in her kiln. Once cool, she adds layers of glass to the base, building interest and texture, then back in the kiln another time resulting in her abstract panoramas.  Each of these cutting-edge abstract paintings are modern and fresh and hopefully elicit joy for the viewer.‍
