Silo Gallery and Glass Studio will be giving fused glass classes in the Wimberley/San Marcos, TX area. Rainy day or scorching hot, it is a great place to be when the weather isn't perfect, so watch for classes opening up in the future!
Classes are about two and a half hours, and will be available when possible. The cost of the class is all inclusive, within the scope of the project. This includes glass, firings and all parts to complete the project. No experience, tools or supplies to bring, just bring yourself, wear safe shoes, attire and have fun!
For FULL classes, contact us to be placed on the wait list, if possible we will schedule another class. If possible, the pieces will go into the kiln the day after the class and, unless there are special circumstances, you will be able to pick them up the next week, or they can be mailed. Tools and supplies are provided, there is a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 8 students per class. Call about larger groups, we have had about 30 in the studio. Sign up early to save your space.
See All ClassesShoes – NO flip-flops or open toe shoes. Closed shoes that cover the entire foot up to the ankle are to be worn in the studio.
Clothes – It is better to avoid sleeves that are baggy or drape.
Illness - Those with illnesses are encouraged NOT to come, if already signed up, you will be refunded the full amount of the class or can take it at a later date. Everyone please stay safe!
Waiver – Each year, students are required to sign a Silo Glass liability waiver before taking classes or using Silo Glass tools, equipment or materials. See the Studio policies.
